These Cookies are gluten free, vegan and SOO delicious.
Oatmeal Cookies
Makes 1.5 dozen
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup softened butter or plant based butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax & 2 tbsp water) or egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup WTFlour flour blend
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free oats 3/4 cup WTFlour dairy free chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375•F Beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl with electric mixer or whisk Prepare flax egg if omitting egg
- Add flax or egg and vanilla to mixture, beat until combined In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and gluten- free oats
- Add dry mixture to wet ingredients stir until combined
- Add chocolate chips
- Spoon onto lined cookie sheet
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375•F or until edges are golden brown Let cool and transfer to cooling rack
