Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies


These Cookies are gluten free, vegan and SOO delicious.

Oatmeal Cookies
Makes 1.5 dozen
  • 1/2 cup softened butter or plant based butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax & 2 tbsp water) or egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup WTFlour flour blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free oats 3/4 cup WTFlour dairy free chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 375•F Beat butter and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl with electric mixer or whisk Prepare flax egg if omitting egg
  2. Add flax or egg and vanilla to mixture, beat until combined In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and gluten- free oats
  3. Add dry mixture to wet ingredients stir until combined
  4. Add chocolate chips
  5. Spoon onto lined cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375•F or until edges are golden brown Let cool and transfer to cooling rack
